Hello Friends and Cow Share owners..
MPP Randy Hillier is Running for the Ontario Leadership of the Conservative Party. He is currently representing the riding of Lanark-Frontenac-Lennox and additionally holds a seat at Queens Park. This is the same man that fought for years without pay or recognition to bring rights of rural Canadians to light to reveal the unjust acts of governing bureaucratic officiers throughout his lead of the Landowner organization. He is now working to improve Canada and Ontario from within the government itself.

Michael Schmidt’s Interview with Himself on his Thoughts about the Trial, the Consequences and the Only Possible Outcome
M.S.: Thanks, Michael, for taking the time to look at some of the events of the past. Now that the trial is over, what next?
Michael: Well, the trial might be over, but the final arguments
regarding the constitutional challenge regarding section 7 of the
Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom, which refers to the issue of
Government’s infringement on our individual liberty, have not been
made. The Judge agreed that we should have the transcripts of the trial
first, before we formulate our final arguments.
M.S.: How long do you anticipate this will take?

The Crown’s Case against raw milk farmer Michael Schmidt — part 1 |
|
Crown Summary
In June of 2006, a complaint was received by the Ontario Ministry of
Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs from the York Regional Health Unit
regarding the possible distribution of unpasteurized milk to a location
at 9100 Bathurst Street in Thornhill, Ontario. The matter was
eventually turned over to the Ministry of Natural Resources to
investigate whether the sale or distribution of unpasteurized milk and
or milk products was actually taking place. Through investigation it
was learned that the suspected products were being delivered by Mr.
Schmidt using a converted school bus, which had been painted blue.
